1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to AI NSFW GIRL, an adults-only AI image generation service operated by AI NSFW GIRL Company. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. The service may only be used to create fully fictional adult characters. You must not create, request, or share content involving minors or characters presented as minors.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that creates security, payment, or abuse risks. We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these terms or creates risk for the service or other people.
4. Credits, payments, and refunds
Image generation uses credits. The required credit amount is shown before you submit a generation. Purchased credits are added after payment is confirmed. Because AI generation incurs immediate computing costs, purchases are non-refundable. If repeated generations produce seriously defective results, you may contact feedback@ainsfwgirl.com. Any replacement credits or other compensation are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
5. Generated images
Generated images are provided for lawful personal use. We do not grant or promise commercial-use rights. AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that imitates or exploits a real person, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it to harm another person.
7. Availability and failed generations
AI generation may be delayed, interrupted, or unsuccessful. Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted. The service automatically returns the generation credits when submission fails or when a completed task returns fewer images than requested. Other quality concerns are handled under the no-refund policy above.
8. Service changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, credit requirements, or access to the service. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, protect the service, or reduce harm.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI NSFW GIRL Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, generated images, service interruptions, or third-party services.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes and contact
