1. Who operates the service

2. Information we process
We process account details and authentication identifiers, prompts, selected generation settings, generation and image records, credit transactions, payment orders, and attribution information such as the landing page, referring page, and campaign parameters when present.
3. How we use information
We use this information to sign users in, operate image generation, calculate and manage credits, process and verify payments, display account and generation history, deliver generated images, and maintain the service.
4. Cookies and attribution
When campaign or referral parameters are present, the service stores attribution information in a first-party cookie so it can be included when you sign in. Authentication tokens and selected service configuration may also be stored in your browser to keep you signed in and operate the product.
5. Service providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including Google for authentication, RunPod for AI computing, R2-compatible storage and a Cloudflare Worker for image delivery, Render for hosting, and PayGate for payment processing. These providers process the information required to perform their services.
6. Storage and retention
Generation history is shown for the retention period returned by the service. Generated images and related records may remain stored after they disappear from visible history. Deleting your account deletes all data belonging to you, including all generated images.
7. Downloads and deletion
You can download generated images while they are available. Deleting a completed or failed generation removes it from visible history but does not delete the stored image object. Deleting your account deletes all data belonging to you, including every generated image, and invalidates your existing access tokens. Account deletion cannot be undone.
8. Adults only
The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Do not use the service or provide information if you are under 18 or below the age of majority where you live.
9. Your choices and requests
You can sign out, download available generated images, remove eligible generations from visible history, or permanently delete your account and its associated data through the product. For questions about stored information or other privacy requests, contact feedback@ainsfwgirl.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update this policy when the service or our data practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. This policy is governed by the laws of Uruguay, subject to any mandatory privacy rights that apply where you live.
